Angela.VC provides AI-powered pitch coaching for startup founders. The Service includes real-time practice sessions, pitch deck analysis, feedback reports, and related tools designed to help founders prepare for investor conversations.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and promptly update it if anything changes.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including pitch decks, recordings, and session data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of delivering coaching feedback and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Feedback

Coaching feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as one input among many. Angela does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of fundraising outcomes. The feedback is intended to help you refine your communication and pitch strategy, not to replace professional advisors.

Confidentiality

We understand that pitch materials contain sensitive business information. Your content is not shared with other users, used for marketing, or made publicly available. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying AI models
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Share your account access with others or create multiple accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to fundraising outcomes, lost opportunities, or decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
